Meet us in the second-floor HAVEN Lounge to register, settle in with an energizing breakfast with bottomless coffee and tea, and meet your fellow attendees.

You'll gain a deep understanding of the 5 key habits of healthy high-achievers and also take my signature MOMENTUM Mindset & Habits Assessment to determine which habit is the linchpin to optimizing your health and performance. You'll walk away with a step-by-step, simple, but remarkably effective, plan to implement immediately.
The average person make approximately 35,000 decisions a day.
As a high-achiever...I'd argue you make TWICE as many decisions (or at least it feels that way most days).
Decision-fatigue is a root cause of overwhelm which spirals into every part of our lives: our physical and mental health, our habits and productivity, our energy and attitude, and even the way we show up in our most important relationships.
During this session, you'll identify the areas of your work/life where decision-fatigue creates stress and overwhelm. I'll walk you through a method that effectively compartmentalizes your decisions and simplifies even the most complicated.

After an energizing lunch, weather permitting, we'll step outdoors and stroll through the spacious grounds and sculpture gardens at Lake Nona Wave Hotel.
After a morning of learning, this will be a much-enjoyed break to change our scenery, take it all in, connect, and prepare for our afternoon sessions.

This is the achilles heel of every high-achiever. Always feeling underwater, overwhelmed with tasks, plenty busy, yet still feeling stuck. Or, there is something that always gets put on the back burner (your health, well-being, relationships, personal growth, etc.)
Productivity is a linchpin for motivated high-achievers, but too many are still using To-Do lists and practicing habits that lead to a constant feeling of daily defeat. No more!
During this working session, you'll design your Ideal Day to create an effective daily and weekly cadence that increases your productivity and keeps your momentum for work AND life.
For many, this session has the most direct impact on their ability to more effectively manage work-life demands.

Most of us don't even know what to do with ourselves when we have a spare moment (or we feel guilty). We often wouldn't even know where to begin.
I've intentionally scheduled this block of time for YOU to use however you please. Truly giving yourself a "day away."
The hotel - inside and outside - has a multitude of beautiful spots, quiet nooks, seating areas, lush greens, and even a meditation space.
Here are a few ideas you might consider doing during your time
(you don't have to decide this now, you'll surely be inspired with an idea that day):
~ Spend time finding clarity on your personal and professionals goals
~ Knock off items from your lingering To Do list
~ Call someone important to you
~ Schedule those important appointments you've been putting off
~ Take a quiet walk outside
